How can I check the status of my order?
After your purchase, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the initial status of your order. We will send you e-mail when the status change afteron. Moreover, we will send you e-mail about the status weekly until the product is shipped.

What about shipping?
We recommend to use airmail. Shipping through sea takes a long time that it is difficult to trace your order. Furthermore, it may exceeds the time limit of our return policy. If you have any preference, please e-mail to us.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change and cancel your order before your payment is made.

What currencies would you accept?
We only accept USD, HKD and RMB.

What are your return policys?
Items must be returned within 7 days (of the date your order was shipped ) for a full refund, or within 20 days for an exchange. You must include the return portion of the original invoice and state the reason for the return. Please save copies for your records. We will examine the returned item and issue the appropriate refunds.
